Rain rain go away

It was a rainy one out there today. The fans still showed up like usual despite the rain. I would like to second a comment made by Jay. Chicago is a better town to play football in than Denver. Thats no slap a the city of Denver, it's the truth. Chicago is a bigger market, the fans come out to all events. Take for instance the practice Denver had at their stadium the other day, it was at best they said 13,000. We get that here in Bourbonnais. When we practice over at the stadium tomorrow there will be no less than 30,000 there minimum. I dont know if Jay said it like I said it but you know what im getting at here.

As a player when you see those clouds in the sky you always have a little hope that some thunder and lightning come with it when you're in camp. It didn't today but it was good it didnt. This was the first day we had a chance to practice in the elements and we know here in Chicago we will have to play in some kind of adverse climate at least 3 times this year. So it turnedd out good. Personally, today it seemed as I was in a funk that I could break out of. Didnt have the worst practice but it definitely wasnt my best. As you see its time for a meeting in seven minutes. You people are going to have me late. The fine is about $1800 for being late so I gotta go.......................

  1. No worries, Dez. So you didn't catch them all today. S'ok. You catch in the clutch, and that's all that matters.

  4. Dez, I think you could really benefit more this year because of all the extra attention on Olsen. Seriously, other teams know about him now, and hear all the buzz - Greg becomes just as important as a decoy. Come game time, in the red zone, what's gonna go down ? The D is lookin' at Hester, they're lookin at Olsen, where's Rideau ? Gotta watch Forte comin' outta the backfield ... who dat ? BANG ! Cutler to Clarke back of the endzone. TOUCHDOWN! All year long baby. Gotta work out a new super bowl shuffle.
